Lorenzo ANZAC
On a cold April morning before the sun rises every year across australia and new zealand thousands of people gather around monuments to show respect and remember the soldiers who died in ww1 . The dawn parade is held on April 25th ( ANZAC ) day as this is the day ANZAC troops were
At the dawn parade the soldiers were marching in a long line.
The soldiers that who died for us because they were trying to protect New Zealand. One of the soldiers played the last post on the bugle.They died for us.

Lorenzo Immersin assembly team 2 and team 1
Yesterday on a cold morning Pt England school had an immersion assembly in the school hall. We were going to discover what we will be learning about this term. Room 11 and 12 walked niceiy in a line to the hall.
Mr Barks has a leaf blower and it glides. It also lifts off the ground, Mr somerville was the 1st one to go on it and Mr somerville got to race it.
Team 4 made a superhero video game. It was really cool!
The team 4 teachers were wearing cool superhero costumes and Mr somerville captured 3 bad guys and lastly Mrs Jacobsen and her fish won the game. GAME OVER!
I enjoyed assembly because Mr barks was cool.

Picnic
Pt England school were lucky enough to go to Pt England beach last week on Friday. We were going to enjoy our day and have fun in the sun at our annual school picnic.
Jaylim, William and I ran 16 kilometers to the tree, to another tree and then back to the sand. We did it two times.
One of my favourite activities was when Hopa and I went swimming in the water. It was cold in the water. We had fun too swimming in the salty sea. We were diving, doing bombs and front flips. When we got out of the sea it was hot.
I was happy and it was fun at the picnic..
